Join our dynamic team at eDreams ODIGEO as a VIP Customer Communications Executive. This role is pivotal in our growing Communications department, based in Barcelona, where you will directly handle sensitive customer concerns while reporting to the VIP Customer Communications Team Lead.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our Communications team, you will:

  • Handle VIP and sensitive customer complaints with utmost professionalism
  • Oversee complaints received via our Social Care channels
  • Address customer issues directed to Customer Service Management members
  • Ensure exceptional service for our esteemed clientele
  • Identify potential PR risks in various media outlets to mitigate negative exposure
  • Assist with legal and regulatory customer complaints and consumer rights cases
  • Collaborate on VIP Communications projects as needed
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of initiatives

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A background in tourism
  • Experience managing customer complaints through various channels
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and G Suite
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English
