Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join our team at Etap Inc. in Lucena. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support during field visits and deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and customer support during field technical visits or deployment.
  • Manage relationships with collection and third-party service providers.
  • Work closely with the dev team and customer support team on hardware concerns.
  • Coordinate with Technical Supervisor and Engineering Team during tech visits.
  • Assist in training in-house and client maintenance support staff.
  • Oversee final quality control of kiosks to be released to clients.
  • Perform machine commissioning and installation.
  • Work closely with Technical Supervisor and Project Manager during development life cycle.
  • Ocular possible locations to branch out Kiosk Machines.

Requirements:

  • Driver's license (Required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
