Job Title: Maintenance Manager

At Qiagen Gruppe, we are committed to making a real difference in science and healthcare. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our multidisciplinary team within the Maintenance department.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the coordination of internal tasks and external preventative and corrective maintenance. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations within our medical devices factory, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment to support uninterrupted production while adhering to strict regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans for optimal machinery functionality within ISO clean room standards.
  • Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and provide emergency support for repairs to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and train maintenance technicians for effective and safe performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
  • Maintain accurate records for regulatory inspections.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement best practices and new technologies.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including cost control measures.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in maintenance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and implementing maintenance plans that drive efficiency and reduce costs.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
