About the Role

As a Maintenance Manager at Empresa Reconocida, you will be responsible for leading a team of 60 technicians and overseeing the maintenance of our Fragrances production lines. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 60 technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
• Manage the top 5 priorities of the plant on a daily basis, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Oversee the management of people and organization on a weekly basis, including hiring and FTE budget control
• Develop and implement a mandatory yearly training plan for the maintenance team
• Conduct daily and weekly DDS of priority lines to ensure optimal performance
• Review monthly performance of 100% of packing lines and identify areas for improvement
• Manage Fragrances PM DMS pillar and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
• Manage workshop and spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
• Oversee machine safety and LOTO procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Develop and implement SOPs for new machinery PM plans
• Manage assets and maintenance budget, ensuring effective use of resources
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives

Requirements

• Technical degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
• High level of written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Results-oriented and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and autonomous skills
• Agility and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
