Maintenance Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at D&M Asesores Consultores. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant, managing maintenance activities, and leading a team of maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are investigated and addressed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing maintenance teams and improving plant performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
