Job Title: Maintenance Engineering Manager

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our Rolling Stock, Signalling, and Power systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose and implement maintenance optimization strategies using technology.
  • Provide technical design modifications within applicable standards.
  • Lead Engineering Technical Issues meetings and follow up on actions.
  • Prepare and attend contractual failure meetings.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Review and update maintenance, reliability, and overhaul documents.
  • Act as a technical expert and develop expertise in the selected field.
  • Propose and define the insertion of technology, such as HealthHub.
  • Develop local repair ability in Barcelona, particularly in electronic repair.
  • Justify inspection periodicity and specify materials and tools.
  • Carry out product/process audits and support the production of LCC and optimisation.
Requirements:
  • Achievement of objectives within agreed timescales and budget.
  • Leadership of 1-5 direct reports.
