About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fragrances Maintenance Manager to join our Operations team at Coty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations at the fragrance packaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of 60 technicians in maintaining the fragrance packaging department.
  2. Manage the top 5 priorities of the plant on a daily basis, ensuring seamless operations.
  3. Oversee people management and organization on a weekly basis, including hiring, training, and budget control.
  4. Develop and implement a mandatory yearly training plan for the maintenance team.
  5. Conduct daily and weekly DDS of priority lines to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Review and analyze monthly performance data for 100% of packing lines.
  7. Manage the Fragrances PM DMS pillar, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  8. Monitor and improve PM KPIs (BD + % PM) on a weekly basis.
  9. Oversee workshop and spare parts management, ensuring minimal downtime.
  10. Ensure machine safety and lead the LOTO process for the Granollers site.
  11. Develop and implement SOPs for new machinery PM plans.
  12. Manage assets and maintain a high level of equipment efficiency.
  13. Oversee CAPEX and OVH management accounts for the fragrance department.
  14. Develop and manage the maintenance budget for the fiscal year.
  15. Collaborate with production administrators to ensure smooth operations.
  16. Manage CR360 maintenance requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  17. Provide task force assistance for priority lines as needed.
About You

We are looking for a results-driven Maintenance Manager with a technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance fields. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Industrial sector, with a proven track record of leadership and analytical thinking. You should also possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work and lead autonomously.
