About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Carolina Herrera Fragrance team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing Good Girl/Bad Boy Fragrances and overseeing the brand's campaigns while reporting to the General Product Manager. With Good Girl's successful launch in 2016, it has become one of the firm's favorite fragrances and a top seller worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Product Development

  • Conduct market and trend analysis to identify future product innovations and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in ideating concepts for new launches, including visual moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, and design.
  • Ensure smooth communication with agencies, including mock-ups and design creation.
  • Support the teams during all steps of innovation development and validation meetings.
  • Coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee a successful launch, including internal teams (communication, PR, digital, e-tailing, POS, training materials, and activation).

Content Creation

  • Participate in briefs elaboration for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams.
  • Follow-up of shootings from preparation to post-production.
  • Follow-up of campaign optimization and retouches.
  • Guarantee deadlines and project planning.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or Design.
  • Languages: Spanish & English mandatory, French would be a plus.
