About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Product Manager to join our team at Puig, a leading international company in the fragrance industry. As a Graduate Product Manager, you will play a key role in the development of our marketing plans and promotional campaigns for Benetton fragrances.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Concept Development: Participate in ideating concepts for new launches and animations, including moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, and design.
  2. Promotional Calendar Management: Lead the development of promotional calendars and product development projects.
  3. Content Creation: Support the creation of content for commercial periods, including marketing presentations and briefs for service providers.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launches, including communication, PR, digital, POS, training materials, and activation.
  5. Marketing Presentations: Create marketing presentations for business meetings.
  6. Brief Development: Elaborate briefs for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams.
  7. Shoot Coordination: Follow-up of shootings from preparation to post-production.
  8. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing development, e-business, and others.
  9. Project Planning: Guarantee deadlines and project planning.
About You

We are looking for a passionate candidate with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English, a special sensibility and aesthetic taste, mixed with analytical and organizational skills.

We require:

  • A university degree or master's in business school, specialization in marketing or design.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (as intern/apprentice included).
  • Spanish and English mandatory.
