The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team at Puig as a Graduate Product Manager for Victorio & Lucchino fragrances in Barcelona. This 1-year contract offers a unique chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced and creative environment.

As a Graduate Product Manager, you will assist the team in developing future marketing plans for the brand, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful launches. Your role will involve:

  • Supporting the team during all steps of innovation development
  • Coordinating the development of all support materials for successful launches
  • Participating in ideating concepts for new launches, including moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, and design
  • Creating marketing presentations for business meetings
  • Elaborating briefs for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams
  • Operational support to guarantee deadlines and project planning
  • Contacting countries and supporting in brand-market tools (brand books, CPS)
  • Following up on projects in terms of costs, profitability, quantities, etc.

Your role will also focus on creating PR contents for new projects. We're looking for a creative profile with a sensitivity to the fashion and beauty industry. If you have a university degree or master's in business, marketing, communication, or design, and are proficient in Spanish and English, we'd love to hear from you.
