About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Graduate Product Manager to join our Lifestyle HQ department at PUIG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our marketing plans for Benetton fragrances.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Concept Development: Participate in ideating concepts for new launches and animations, including moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, and design.
  2. Promotional Calendar Management: Lead the development of promotional calendars and product development projects.
  3. Content Creation: Support the creation of content for commercial periods.
  4. Innovation Development: Support the teams during all steps of innovation development and coordinate the development of support materials to guarantee successful launches.
  5. Marketing Presentations: Create marketing presentations for business meetings.
Project Responsibilities
  1. Project Briefs: Elaborate briefs for service providers, production companies, and external creative teams.
  2. Project Coordination: Follow-up of shootings from preparation to post-production, coordination with internal departments, and guarantee deadlines and project planning.
Requirements

We are looking for a passionate candidate with strong communication skills in Spanish and English, a special sensibility and aesthetical taste, mixed with analytical and organizational skills.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice included)
  • Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or design.
  • Languages: Spanish & English mandatory
