Join Our Team as a Graduate Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graduate Product Manager to join our team at Puig Deutschland Gmbh. As a Graduate Product Manager, you will play a key role in the development of our marketing plans and promotional campaigns for our Benetton fragrances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in ideating concepts for new launches and animations, including moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, and design.
  • Lead the promotional calendar and product development projects, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Support content creation for commercial periods, including marketing presentations and briefs for service providers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee successful launches, including communication, PR, digital, POS, training materials, and activation.
  • Elaborate marketing presentations for business meetings and follow up on shootings from preparation to post-production.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, including internships or apprenticeships.
  • University degree or master's in business school, specialization in marketing or design.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with a special sensibility and aesthetic taste.
  • Analytical and organizational skills, with a flexible and proactive attitude.
