About the Role:

Coty is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead the daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations at our fragrance packaging department. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 60 technicians in the maintenance of our fragrance packaging department
  • Manage the top 5 priorities of the plant on a daily basis, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Oversee the maintenance of our equipment, including preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and implement training plans for maintenance personnel
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize maintenance operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial sector
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead a team
  • Good command of the English language and advanced Spanish
