Job Title: Configuration Management Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Configuration Management Engineer to support the Systems Integration & Performance Group on behalf of our client in Barcelona, Spain.

The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity and professionalism in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Change Request Management:
    • Assist in managing PCRs impacting F4E from origination to closure;
    • Support preparation of F4E Pre-Configuration Control Board (CCB) and related documentation;
    • Review PCR management processes and procedures.
  • F4E Configuration Management:
    • Review, control, and monitor PA Change Notices, Deviations, Direct Implementations, Project Change Requests (PCRs), and similar change management;
    • Input coordination for complete impact analysis and process follow-up of change management mechanisms;
    • Implement monitoring tools for exhaustive configuration control.
  • Configuration Management Tools:
    • Contribute to improving the PCR management tool;
    • Implement and use other configuration management tools.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
    • At least three years of professional experience in systems engineering and/or configuration management;
    • Solid knowledge of Excel;
    • Experience in developing standard operational procedures and policies is an asset;
    • Experience in database development is an asset;
    • Experience in systems engineering for international engineering or scientific projects is an asset;
    • Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset;
    • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU;
    • Good level of English.
