Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team. As a Configuration Management Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data integrity and accuracy. You will develop and implement processes and procedures for effective configuration management, perform regular audits and reconciliations, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure data is captured, updated, and retired properly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures for effective configuration management.
  • Perform regular audits and reconciliations of the CMDB to ensure data consistency and compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data is captured, updated, and retired properly within the CMDB.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in the CMDB by working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and enhance CMDB processes for improved efficiency.
  • Generate and analyze CMDB reports to support decision-making, audits, and compliance requirements.
