Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the CMDB to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for effective configuration management.
- Perform regular audits and reconciliations of the CMDB to ensure data consistency and compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data is captured, updated, and retired properly within the CMDB.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in the CMDB by working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and enhance CMDB processes for improved efficiency.
- Generate and analyze CMDB reports to support decision-making, audits, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- ITIL4 Foundation certification (mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience with CMDBs and Configuration Management processes.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow or JIRA).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
