Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Configuration Specialist to join our team at Zurich Australian Insurance. As a Configuration Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end development environments and infrastructure for our global, business-critical application.

About the Role:

  • Configure and manage development environments and APIM applications to ensure stability and availability.
  • Collaborate with our IT partner to ensure a smooth build and deploy process, achieving 99.9% uptime of the application.
  • Implement vulnerability management and API management strategies.
  • Organize and manage product releases with the IT hosting partner.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from internal IT teams.

About You:

You will be part of a large, global team of professionals working together to build, implement, operate, and maintain new underwriting pricing products across multiple Commercial Insurance lines of business. As a Configuration Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with developers to understand Guidewire software development and grow in this area over time.
