- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with at least three years in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory, as most of our clients are based in the US.
