Supply Chain Planner

Kapsch Trafficcom, a leading global technology company, is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a Demand and Supply Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers while minimizing costs.
Main Responsibilities- Expert Demand Planning: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to inform production and inventory decisions.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance demand with supply, ensuring product availability and reducing stockouts.
- Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory management strategies to minimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- S&OP Process Management: Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity and make recommendations to optimize production schedules and reduce lead times.
- Supply Chain Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and production teams, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience with S&OP process and inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
