Role Overview
The Associate Director Global Supply Chain - Transport serves as the business process owner for Lilly's global warehousing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and documenting global business processes
- Identifying and driving improvements
- Governing the execution of business processes
- Ensuring tools and organization are capable
- Supporting capabilities in the organization through guidance and training
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global supply chain management, transportation, and logistics. They will be able to drive process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide guidance and training to others.
