Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Expansion Manager to join our Marketing team in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our outbound strategy and generating high-quality opportunities for sales pipeline growth and new client acquisition.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Leading end-to-end outbound campaigns to generate pipeline for sales: data scraping, enrichment, email copywriting, campaign launch, and reporting.
- Defining objectives, executing, tracking, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Ensuring identified leads are well-contacted and converted into new customers.
- Documenting processes and collaborating closely with teammates from various functions, including marketing, sales, and international growth management.
As our Expansion Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic outreach plans to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage existing assets and improve the effectiveness of our outreach efforts.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business administration, or communications.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on outbound strategies and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to:
