About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Visa. As a key member of our Global Client team, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and executing short and long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability for one of our Global Clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders of the Client, fostering a successful partnership with Visa.
  • Understand the Client's strategies, priorities, needs, and business processes, and develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals set for the Global Client.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and shared objectives, and ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned and educated about the Client's environment.
  • Conduct Global Comparative analysis on contract terms, pricing, product, and services adoption and utilization levels to support business development.
  • Support new business opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs, including data gathering, business cases, cross-functional teams' coordination, competitive intelligence gathering, and analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Client's views on development of banking and financial services industry.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals set for the Global Client.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and shared objectives.
