Job Title: Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consult. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our business with existing customers and identifying new markets and customers in the food industry in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industrial food customers in Spain.
  • Provide technical and commercial knowledge of cereals, grains, flours, and flakes to customers.
  • Manage customer and supplier relationships, including establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities in the portfolio and supplement missing product/solution offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth market analyses to understand supplier and customer needs, assess competitive landscapes, and identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our clients.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Technology/Food Chemistry.
  • Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development.
  • Exceptionally good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • High willingness to travel.
  • Very organized, reliable, and positive thinking.
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and English (fluent in spoken and written).
  • You have a valid driving license.
