Job Title: Lead Pmo Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pmo Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 people and overseeing the execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 10 people, providing training, development, and performance follow-up.
  • Be a reference for solving problems and continuous improvements in the CPX organization.
  • Follow up on team performance, ensuring activities are completed on time, with accuracy, and transparency.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
    • 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Project Engineering or Project Coordinator activities.
    • Experience with SAP and Advanced Excel skills.
    • High verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Experience in the renewable energy sector is beneficial.
