Job Title: Strategy PMO Lead

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strategy PMO Lead to join our international and diverse team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement winning strategies for our Grid Integration Business Unit. As a Strategy PMO Lead, you will be responsible for creating proposals for profitable growth and differentiation, leading strategy projects, and analyzing market and competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a clear understanding of markets and competitive environments of relevant Grid Integration businesses.
  • Identify major trends that result in strategic opportunities or challenges for Grid Integration.
  • Develop strategic and analytic frameworks to define differentiating, winning strategies.
  • Lead execution of large strategy projects, including project management and major content contributions.
  • Ensure project progress and output according to defined schedule and milestones.
  • Engage senior leadership in discussions and presentations to solicit input and get buy-in.
  • Oversee collection and analysis of information and data to develop/evaluate potential growth opportunities.
  • Formulate output derived from projects into concise and articulate presentations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in an engineering field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experienced user of tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Fluent in English.
