Regional Project Management Office Lead

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Project Management Office Lead to join our team at Vestas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 people, providing training, development, and performance follow-up. Your expertise will be essential in solving problems and driving continuous improvements within the CPX organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead a team of 10 people, providing training, development, and performance follow-up
* Be a reference for solving problems and driving continuous improvements in the CPX organization
* Follow up on team performance, ensuring activities are completed on time, with accuracy, and transparency
* Qualifications:

* Business Administration or Engineering degree
* 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Project Engineering or Project Coordinator activities
* Experience with SAP
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
* High verbal and written English communication
* Experience in renewable energy sector is beneficial
