Job Title: Lead PMO Operations

Vestas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead PMO Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality project management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project managers and coordinators in delivering project management services to clients.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and coordinators to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on process improvement and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services to clients.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
