Job Title: Project Manager Operations Lead

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and coordinators to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, operations, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure their professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, operations, and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
