About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Grid Integration Business Unit at Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects related to Operations Workstream, ensuring timely delivery, and effective resource allocation.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Scheduling:

Define project scope, cost, resources, and timelines with key stakeholders.

2. Project Execution and Control:

Organize, monitor, and control project activities to achieve planned milestones and efficient resource utilization.

3. Project Governance:

Ensure projects adhere to Hitachi Energy's internal directives and procedures.

4. Stakeholder Relations:

Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing timely information and resolving issues.

5. Project Leadership:

Lead project teams, allocate tasks, and motivate resources to achieve project objectives.

6. Strategic Alignment:

Stay informed about changes in strategy and provide input on projects with significant impact.

Your Background:

  • 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders
  • Good English skills, as most day-to-day communication is in English
