Project Manager for Clinic Agenda

We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Clinic Agenda team at Docplanner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and scaling our Clinic Agenda project in Spain.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Clinic Agenda project in Spain, ensuring adherence to global standards and processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business by engaging with stakeholders and clinics, and use this knowledge to drive initiatives in the country.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with overall business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, updates, and queries.
  • Work closely with Project Managers in other countries to share best practices and implement effective solutions.
What We're Looking For:
  • 4+ years of experience in leading operations projects, with a background in customer success and sales.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
