Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to oversee our PMO activities and ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management office (PMO) activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Monitor project performance and report on key metrics.
  • Support project managers with best practices and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality.

Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of experience as a PMO Lead or Director with a major ERP system, such as Oracle eBS or Cloud, NetSuite, SAP, IFS, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English language skills.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.
