Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy, develop a high-performing team of recruiters, and maintain a continuous pipeline of top talent. As a key member of our HR team, you'll work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of recruiters to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline and anticipate future needs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a top-notch candidate experience, particularly for those who reach interview stages, to reflect Papernest's values and attract top talent.
- Tie sourcing targets and recruitment goals directly to the company's key performance indicators, strategically contributing to long-term organisational growth.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of at least two recruiters. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and the ability to inspire and guide a recruitment team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
