Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team, responsible for shaping our recruitment strategy and leading a team of recruiters. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates, even in high-pressure and demanding contexts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 2 to 3 recruiters, ensuring their continuous growth and high performance in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to your scope's specific challenges while proactively maintaining a strong talent pipeline to anticipate future needs.
  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals, and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a top-notch candidate experience, particularly for those who reach interview stages, to reflect Papernest's values and attract top talent.
  • Business Alignment: Tie sourcing targets and recruitment goals directly to the company's key performance indicators, strategically contributing to long-term organisational growth.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in all stages of the recruitment process, embedding these values in every hiring decision.
About You:
  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of at least two recruiters.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, guide, and develop a recruitment team, ensuring collaboration and high performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, allowing you to act as a trusted strategic partner for hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to anticipate challenges, offer innovative solutions, and adjust recruitment strategies in response to changing business needs and market conditions.
  • Recruitment Tools Expertise: Proficient in using data-driven approaches and recruitment tools to optimize processes and ensure performance is continuously tracked and improved.
