We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Papernest. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for shaping our recruitment strategy and leading a team of recruiters to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of recruiters to ensure their growth and high performance in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to our specific challenges and maintain a strong talent pipeline to anticipate future needs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and align recruitment efforts with business goals, providing expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a top-notch candidate experience, particularly for those who reach interview stages, to reflect Papernest's values and attract top talent.
- Tie sourcing targets and recruitment goals directly to the company's key performance indicators, strategically contributing to long-term organisational growth.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand by increasing its visibility in key sourcing channels, ensuring Papernest's reputation attracts diverse, high-quality candidates.
