**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global 'Universal Marketplace' organization. As the Head of Marketplace, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan and strategy that positions ZF optimally in the parts B2B marketplace landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the global 'Universal Marketplace' organization with adherent global marketplace communities of our Aftermarket Division.
  • Develop, execute and improve business plan and strategy with focus on positioning ZF optimally in the parts B2B marketplace landscape.
  • Build, manage and refine global 'Universal Marketplace' business unit as pioneer with clear USP, full-coverage listings, CX-optimized and AI-driven digital product.
  • Monitor and improve business and financial performance of Marketplace, internationalize and scale Marketplace across several regions and countries.
  • Represent universal marketplace in public domain and in ZF Group. Plan and forecast Marketplace performance based on advanced analytics and results monitoring.
  • Build, coach, grow, retain and inspire an agile, diverse and high-performing Universal Marketplace team.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in General Management or a similar field like Business Administration, Business Engineering or technology in general.
  • Proven experience in leading global teams and developing business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketplace landscape and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
