- Monitor and improve business and financial performance of the marketplace, internationalize and scale the marketplace across several regions and countries.
- Represent the universal marketplace in the public domain and within the ZF Group, planning and forecasting marketplace performance based on advanced analytics and results monitoring.
- Build, coach, grow, retain, and inspire an agile, diverse, and high-performing universal marketplace team.
- Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry and several years of experience in leading teams on a global level in a matrix organization.
