Job Description

This role involves providing sales support to the Spain Cell Analysis Sales Team at Agilent Technologies. Your main responsibilities will include:

Sales Support Tasks
  • Public Tenders Support: You will assist in responding to customer questionnaires, managing Quality Questionnaires, WWCT Tool and MARS Requests.
  • DEMO and Fixed Assets Pool Management: You will manage In Country Demo Logistics, centralize and manage the EMEAI Cell Analysis Demo Pool, order new demo units using the LRT tool and manage Fixed Assets EMEAI wide for Cell Analysis.
  • Customer Communications: You will track order shipments, support customer communication, check order completeness and accuracy, coordinate service planning enquiries and enter requests for CCDA.
Other Responsibilities
  • DEFOA & Returns: You will handle credit note enquiries.
  • CRM Maintenance: You will maintain Mendix Support Tool Entries, update contact information in Salesforce and ensure CRM software is up-to-date.
About the Role

We are looking for a colleague who has experience in handling Customer Relation Management (CRM) Software, fluency in English and Spanish, strong time management skills and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills as you will be working on numerous different tasks and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
