Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapist - Skin and Massage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch treatments, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Delivery
    • Perform high-quality skin and massage treatments, including LPG, massages, and facial workouts.
    • Conduct consultations to introduce clients to our services and products.
  • Client Relationships
    • Cultivate a client-centric culture, focusing on exceptional client experiences.
    • Build client loyalty and satisfaction through engaging and memorable interactions.
  • Business Growth
    • Drive top-line sales results for treatments, add-on services, and in-house/partner products.
    • Stay informed about sales, promotions, and maintain awareness of all Studio offerings.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the Head of Therapists and team members to ensure a cohesive and high-performing unit.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering effective communication and mutual support.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Skin or Massage therapist is preferable.
  • In-depth knowledge, passion, and experience within the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
  • Innovative, creative, and eager to learn new treatments.
  • Strong ability to follow through on projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing team and taking initiative without direct supervision.
  • Desire to learn about products across all categories.
