Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server and Beverage Specialist to join our team at The St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverage courses to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set tables according to the type of event and service standards.
  • Answer questions on menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
  • Record transactions in our MICROS system at the time of order.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, and other equipment.
  • Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
  • Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
