Senior Growth Marketer Operations

  Location: Remote (preference for EU timezones) with quarterly travel to the Barcelona office.

  Our client is a fast-growing digital media company experiencing a significant growth phase. They manage a substantial volume of data with 6 million visitors monthly, providing a robust foundation for advanced growth strategies.

  Role Overview:
  We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketer (Manager) to spearhead their growth efforts. As a leader in the growth team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of growth hackers, driving strategic initiatives, and establishing a new paradigm for their marketing approach. Your role will be central to evolving their growth marketing practices through data-driven insights and innovative methodologies.

  Key Focus:

  • Growth Frameworks: In-depth expertise in AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) and Lean Growth methodologies. Experience with hypothesis-driven experimentation and growth loops.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience in building scalable marketing automation workflows and managing martech stacks to support growth processes.

  Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of growth hackers, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the process and execution of growth initiatives across various acquisition, engagement, and retention loops.
  • Manage the end-to-end growth experimentation process, from ideation to execution and analysis.
  • Develop and implement growth frameworks to optimize marketing processes across multiple touchpoints and customer journeys.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that drive significant user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Partner with the Marketing Data Lead to leverage data science and machine learning for advanced growth tactics.
  • Establish and refine growth marketing processes and principles, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the execution of growth initiatives, from ideation to scaling successful strategies.
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed growth objectives.

  Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple marketing channels.
  • Hands-on experience in executing and managing growth experiments and processes.
  • Proven track record in scaling growth initiatives, particularly within high-growth startups and marketplaces.Extensive experience in growth hacking, with a proven record of leading successful growth initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in data-driven marketing, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Reforge Growth course certifications or similar advanced growth training preferred.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and modern data science techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly to the Barcelona office.
