About our client, a leading digital media company, experiencing rapid growth with 6 million monthly visitors and robust data infrastructure.
Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:
We seek a Senior Growth Marketer to lead our growth efforts. As a leader in the growth team, you will guide and mentor growth hackers, drive strategic initiatives, and establish new marketing approaches. Your role is crucial in evolving our growth marketing practices through data-driven insights and innovative methodologies.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Growth Frameworks: Develop expertise in AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral) and Lean Growth methodologies. Experience with hypothesis-driven experimentation and growth loops is essential.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize growth initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation: Build scalable marketing automation workflows and manage martech stacks to support growth processes.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of growth hackers, fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making. Execute growth initiatives across various acquisition, engagement, and retention loops. Oversee the end-to-end growth experimentation process, from ideation to execution and analysis. Develop and implement growth frameworks to optimize marketing processes across multiple touchpoints and customer journeys. Partner with the Marketing Data Lead to leverage data science and machine learning for advanced growth tactics.

Qualifications:
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple marketing channels. Hands-on experience in executing and managing growth experiments and processes. Proven track record in scaling growth initiatives, particularly within high-growth startups and marketplaces. Advanced proficiency in data-driven marketing, analytics, and experimentation. Familiarity with machine learning and modern data science techniques is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
