About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ATC On Board Design Engineer Leader to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge ATC On Board systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop fully functional ATC On Board System Descriptions and Installation Proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop system interfaces and ensure seamless integration
  • Liaise with RAM, Safety, and V&V teams to ensure design requirements and decisions are properly communicated and assessed
  • Manage technical data collection and ensure data books are up-to-date
  • Participate in Gate Reviews to provide status updates on system activities
Requirements
  • University degree in engineering related to electric, electronic, or automation processes
  • 3 years of experience as an On Board Railways Engineer or similar role
  • At least 1 year of experience as a system engineer
  • Technical knowledge of signalling, ERTMS, TCMS, MVB, ATP, ATO, SIFA, and system design
  • Knowledge of UNISIG Subsets, particularly Subset-026, 108, 027, and 076
  • Fluent English language skills, with mastery in reading and writing
  • Desirable: French language skills
