Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical presentations and lead discovery calls to understand customer needs
- Develop packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
- Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor
- Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve results
- Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics
- Identify opportunities for improvement initiatives and collaborate with account teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Geospatial technology, or related industry
- Advanced knowledge of Autodesk infrastructure solutions, including Civil 3D and Infraworks
- Additional knowledge of Revit, ACC, Navisworks, Recap, Inventor, BIM 360 services, Vault, and competitor products is a strong benefit
- Demonstrated design experience in civil engineering projects
- Fluency in English and French required, with additional European languages a plus
