Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Product Leader who will collaborate closely with our product manager to translate the product roadmap into feasible functional increments. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, translating them into product requirements and aligning with our product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Groom product initiatives into well-defined, sized and documented epics & stories with clear acceptance criteria, definition of ready, and definition of done for the development team
- Prioritize and make recommendations on release scope to maximize business value
- Act as a champion of SCRUM principles and practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or other quantitative field and 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role. Experience in software development projects and Agile/SCRUM frameworks is preferred.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
