At Catenon, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the global Corporate Services category, including Financial Services, Temporary Labor, Consulting, Legal Services, Travel, Office Supplies, and HR Services.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices in sourcing and procurement, with experience working in or directly with Marketing, Sales, Visual, and In-Store Merchandising teams.
Responsibilities:- Lead the global Corporate Services category, developing a pipeline of projects and aligning resources to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement a category strategy for all categories, identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and compliance.
- Manage strategic sourcing initiatives, utilizing a 7-step sourcing methodology and preparing bid packages using RFIs, RFPs, reverse auctions, and other tools.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the end-to-end sourcing process.
- Collaborate with regional sourcing managers to understand regional business needs, market insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA or Master's degree a plus.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in sourcing and procurement, with deep knowledge of best practices and world-class processes.
- Subject matter expertise in various categories and subcategories related to Brand Support and Corporate Service.
- Proven experience working in or directly with Marketing, Sales, Visual, and In-Store Merchandising teams, including frequent interaction with senior leadership members in Finance and HR.
- Deep understanding of financial measurement, ability to identify and quantify legitimate areas of business benefit (cost savings, avoidance, client satisfaction, quality improvement, etc.).
- Previous global experience working within a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
- 1-2 years minimum people management experience.
