The Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, mentor and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates, even in high-pressure and demanding contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate and develop a team of 2 to 3 recruiters, ensuring their continuous growth and high performance in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to your scope's specific challenges while proactively maintaining a strong talent pipeline to anticipate future needs.
  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a top-notch candidate experience, particularly for those who reach interview stages, to reflect Papernest's values and attract top talent.
  • Business Alignment: Tie sourcing targets and recruitment goals directly to the company's key performance indicators, strategically contributing to long-term organisational growth.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen the company's employer brand by increasing its visibility in key sourcing channels, ensuring Papernest's reputation attracts diverse, high-quality candidates.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Prioritize diversity, equity and inclusion in all stages of the recruitment process, embedding these values in every hiring decision.

About You

We are looking for a proven Talent Acquisition Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of at least two recruiters. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and the ability to inspire, guide and develop a recruitment team.
