You will work closely with the Civil Segment Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil engineering, construction, and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers
- Manage internal support resources, including tendering, engineering, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Engineering degree and advanced experience in sales systems
- Professional level experience in HLT operations and equipment, contract management practices, and tender management
- Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
