Job Summary:

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Mammoet, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects at both tendering and commercial levels. You will work closely with the Civil Segment Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil engineering, construction, and renewable energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers
  • Manage internal support resources, including tendering, engineering, and operations teams

Requirements:
  • Engineering degree and advanced experience in sales systems
  • Professional level experience in HLT operations and equipment, contract management practices, and tender management
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
