About the Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage Service team as a Bar Operations Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Serve Customers: Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items, take food or drink orders, and serve food and drinks to customers at a counter, at a stand, or in a hotel room.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean assigned work areas, dining tables, or serving counters, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment and glassware.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and restocking supplies.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service.
- Menu Development: Assist in creating and updating beverage menus, including suggesting new cocktails and specials.

Requirements
- Education: Be an enrolled student or recent graduate within 24 months.
- Reference Letter: Provide a school, college, or university reference letter.

- Passport: Have a minimum of 6 months passport validity.
