Job Summary

RMC Asia is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Team Member. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and respond to their inquiries about menu items
  • Take food and drink orders from customers and serve them in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clean assigned work areas, dining tables, and serving counters to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Set tables and prepare food trays for new customers
  • Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and restocking supplies
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment and glassware
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service
  • Assist in creating and updating beverage menus, including suggesting new cocktails and specials
