Job Description

As a Brand Support Specialist at Veepee, you will be responsible for guiding sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms, resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explain and guide sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms.
  • Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems.
  • Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team.
  • Write and update documentations shareable internally and with the sellers and improve proactively our processes.

Requirements

  • Experience on technical support.
  • Able to identify and analyse technical issues.
  • Experience on marketplace.
  • Good communication, logic and organisation skills.
  • Rigorous and proactive profile.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Nice to Have

  • Initial experience in a level 1 technical support role and/or in customer relations.
  • Good knowledge of the world of e-commerce and/or marketplaces.
  • Excellent organizational skills and know how to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent relationships with both internal and external customers with good cross-functionality.
  • Able to identify and analyze technical problems, you are guided towards results and are in a process of continuous improvement.
  • Good ability to train others on IT tools using language adapted to each interlocutor.
