Job Description
As a Brand Support Specialist at Veepee, you will be responsible for guiding sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms, resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain and guide sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms.
- Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems.
- Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team.
- Write and update documentations shareable internally and with the sellers and improve proactively our processes.
Requirements
- Experience on technical support.
- Able to identify and analyse technical issues.
- Experience on marketplace.
- Good communication, logic and organisation skills.
- Rigorous and proactive profile.
- Fluent in French and English.
Nice to Have
- Initial experience in a level 1 technical support role and/or in customer relations.
- Good knowledge of the world of e-commerce and/or marketplaces.
- Excellent organizational skills and know how to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent relationships with both internal and external customers with good cross-functionality.
- Able to identify and analyze technical problems, you are guided towards results and are in a process of continuous improvement.
- Good ability to train others on IT tools using language adapted to each interlocutor.
